Each buyer receives a license document that names the licensee, the licensed files and the permitted use. Terms differ by use, so game, film and AI training licenses are written separately.

  • Grant. Non-exclusive right to use the licensed files in your products.
  • Permitted use. Game, film, audiovisual or AI model training, as stated on the license.
  • Term and territory. Perpetual or membership-term, worldwide unless agreed otherwise.
  • Restrictions. No resale or redistribution of the files as sound libraries.
  • Ownership. Stonekeep retains all rights in the recordings.
